HOW TO APPLY FOR ANNA UNIVERSITY ENGINEERING ADMISSION 2018 | TNEA ONLINE FORM FILLING PROCEDURE

Anna University Engineering Admission is set to be completely online ( Registration, Payments, Choice filling and confirmation ) from 2018. As this is first time of Anna University Admissions via Online, students may face some troubles to book their seats. So here we have given the procedure for applying tamilnadu engineering admission 2018.

1) Registration

• Goto http://www.tnea.ac.in
• Click On "New User Registration Link", you will get following page

• The name should be entered as in your 10th standard mark sheet.
• Candidate has to enter his/her e-mail address for “User Id”.
• Details entered here cannot be modified later, hence enter the details correctly before confirming. You have to remember your User Id (e-mail address) and Password, because you have to use these many times during the process of Application Registration, Payment, Choice entry and allotment.
• Verify all details and click Send Verification OTP button. You will be receiving an OTP on your registered mobile as well as on email. Enter it in the textbox provided and click Register Button
• You will get following screen with all the details you have entered.

• Verify all the entries. If all the entries are correct, type “CONFIRM” inside the box and click “OK” otherwise click “CANCEL”. If you click “CANCEL”, you can modify whatever data you want to modify and then click “Register”.
• That's it. You are registered. Lets move to next process

2) Login

• Goto login Page (On home page itself - Registered Users Login Here)
• Enter Email, Password and Captcha and click Login
• That's it. You are logged in. You will be redirected to payment page. Lets move to next process

3) Payment

• Now the system will show you the amount to be paid as per the details you have filled-up earlier (Normal Application Registration fee - Rs. 500/-, for SC/ST/SCA candidates Rs.250/- and additional Special Reservation fee of Rs. 100/- for each reservation you have selected). You can pay the fee through Payment Gateway using your Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net-banking.
• Click on "Agree and Pay" button and complete the payment process and get the receipt (Application Number, Name, Transaction Date, Time and Amount)

4) Personal Details

• Here, the complete information about the candidate, address, Date of birth etc. should be given. (Whatever information you have already given will appear).
• Now fill all the details and click submit to proceed.
• You will get all the details you have entered. Verify those details and type "Confirm" to proceed and cancel it to modify it. 

5) Academic Details

• Fill the Academic Details, verify it, and submit/confirm the details

6) Preview and PDF

• Finally, you will get the preview of all the details you have entered.
• On clicking “Download Application” on the Screen, you will get a copy of your application. You can have hard copy of the application printed out, that has to be produced at the TNEA Facilitation Centre (TFC) for verification along with the original Certificates needed as mentioned in the print out of the application, copies of certificates and your Passport size photo affixed on the application. You will also get the formats of Certificates of Special Reservations, whatever you have indicated.
• Complete the entries correctly and submit to TFC on the scheduled date.
