ROUND 1:
 Submission of abstract is done through Email id in IEEE format (.doc file).
 Subject field should contain <<domain>> <<name of the paper>>
 Papers must be within the specified domains.
The selected candidates will be informed 2/3 days before the event.

ROUND 2:
->The selected teams have to bring a soft copy of paper in pen drive and 2 hard copies of paper at the time of presentation (in IEEE format)
->During the main event the contestants will get 7mins for presentation and 3mins for queries.
->Slides are constrained to 15-17.

RULES:
1. Competition is open for all students.
2. Work should be original and in specified format.
3. Decision of the judges and event heads shall be treated as final.
4. The shortlisted participants will be informed through Mail id or by Mobile and reply is expected for confirming their participation.
5. Front page of the ppt. should have title of paper on the top and details of the team member(as mentioned in abstract) at the bottom.
6. Participants should bring their college id.
7.Spot entries are not allowed.
8. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.

TEAM FORMATION:
1. Maximum of 2 members are allowed in a team and each member in a team can be of different college.
2. There is no restriction on number of team from same college.
3. No participant can be part of more than one team.
