FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION
All the papers must follow IEEE format and should not exceed more than 5 pages. Authors are requested to submit the papers in DOC format to the mail id rtccsipa@gmail.com and hard copy to the conference secretary by 24th March 2015. Best papers will be considered for publication in ANNEXURE II journals.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
• Faculty members from academic institutions
• Scientists and Engineers from R&D organizations and industries
• Research scholars and PG / UG students
Accommodation will be arranged in the college hostel for the delegates based on Availability and request.
REGISTRATION FEE
UG students : Rs. 500/-
Research scholars / PG students : Rs. 750/-
Faculty from Engineering Colleges: Rs. 1000/-
R&D organizations &
Industry delegates : Rs. 1500/-
Co-authors : Rs. 300/-
All the payments should be made in the form of DD in favour of “The Principal, Mahendra College of Engineering” payable at Salem.
Note: The presentation sessions will be separate for UG students and PG/Research Scholar/ Faculties. The best paper award will be given in each session.
Registration fee includes conference proceedings, conference kit, lunch and refreshments.
