The common fact we know is, anyone without having computer knowledge can work with Microsoft Office word editing software. But some options are little bit difficult before knowing it. So today i have planned to give knowledge about setting or adding watermark in a word document with pictorial representation.
Check tutorial to save word document as .pdf file. It will be very useful to save word files as pdf easily without using any converter.
Steps to add Watermark in word document.
- Open Microsoft word software
- Type data to be added in word file
- Now goto design --> watermark --> custom watermark, as shown below

- After clicking custom watermark option, following window will be appeared.

For Text Watermark:
- Select Text watermark option by selecting radio button given near to Text watermark option.(as shown in above picture)
- Now change the text as you want in Text option.
- If you want to change size, color, font etc,, change appropriate options given in watermark pop up window
- Now click apply.That's all.
For Picture Watermark:
- Select picture watermark option by selecting radio button given near to picture watermark option.
- Now choose the picture and click apply..That's all.
