• Abstract should not exceed 500 words.
• Paper should not exceed a maximum limit of 6 pages.
• Presentation should be a maximum of 20 slides.
• Paper should be in .pdf or .doc format.
• A team can have a maximum of 3 members
• Camera Ready paper along with team details must be sent on or before 15/09/2014.
• Selected papers will be intimated through mail.
• Time limit for the presentation is 6-8 minutes accompanied by a 2 minutes question session.
• Each team should formally present their papers on the day of presentation (2 hard copies and 1 soft copy)
• Each team must carry 2 hard copies of paper (as slides) and must submit the soft copy 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
