Hello friends.Most of us are willing to donate our eyes after our death and most of us don't know what are the procedures to donate eyes.Here we have shared some important steps that should be followed to donate eyes.

- Dog's bite
- Aids
- Jaundice
- Cancer
- Died due to intake of poison and more
- Close the eyes of the donor as soon as he/she passed away.
- Turn off Electric Fans
- Raise the donor's head using pillow.
- Contact the near by eye bank as soon as possible and give the easy landmarks to reach the donor.
- Get sign from donor's children or parent to proceed.
Some more info's
- The eyes must be taken from donor's eye before 4 to 6 hours.
- Only recognized doctor have right to take eye from donor.
- Eye bank workers will come to donor's residence or in hospital to take eyes.
- Only 20 - 30 minutes are required to donate eyes.So due to this funeral works will not get affected.
- Doctors will take very small amount of blood from donor to test whether they have any disease or not.
- Note : One donor's eyes will help two peoples to shine in this world.
