HOW TO LOCK FOLDERS WITHOUT USING ANY SOFTWARE IN WINDOWS OS

There are many software to protect or lock folders in windows operating systems.But today we are going to see about locking of folders in windows without using any software.Here we are going to use some codes in notepad to lock the folders which has important files.
And one kind request is please don't misuse it.

Protect Folders with password

Step : 1

• Open Notepad
• Copy the following codes and paste it in Notepad.

• Now find this line from above codes --> if NOT %pass%==type your password here goto FAIL .
• From this Remove type your password here and type the password that you want.
• And save it as FolderLock.bat.

Step : 2

• Now Double Click that new Batch file named FolderLock.
• After clicking the batch file,a new folder named "Locker" will be formed in the same Location.

• Now add the data's to be protected in the created new folder named "Locker"

Step : 3 (To Lock)

• Now Double click the Bach File once again to lock the folder
• Command prompt will be displayed,in that type y and press enter.
• That's all...Now no one except you can open that folder.

Step : 4 (To Unlock)

• To Unlock Double Click the Batch file named"FolderLock"
• Enter the password
• Now you can access your protected folder.
• Note : For more security keep the Batch file in your pen drive or in mobile.
