Define Data Base Management System or What is meant by DBMS ?

• The collection of interrelated data's and the set of programs to access those data's are called as  Database management system.

• The collection of data is called as data base.Databases are usually designed to store & manage large amount of informations or data's.
• The goal of DBMS is to provide an environment for both retrieving information from the data base and storing information into the database.
